California Privacy Rights Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Majestic Pet Kingdom and applies solely to individual consumers residing in the State of California ("consumers" or "you") in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

4. Verification & Response Timeline

• Identity Verification: To protect your data security, all consumer requests must be verified prior to disclosure or deletion. We will match the identifying details provided in your request with the information already associated with your customer profile or order history.
• Authorized Agents: If you designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we require written and signed proof of authorization, alongside direct verification of your identity.
• Response Window: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and provide a substantive response within forty-five (45) calendar days. If additional time is required (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
