Tracking Discrepancies & Delivery Support
- Tracking Number Not Updating: When a shipping label is generated, tracking may show "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created" until the parcel reaches the initial regional distribution hub. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.
- Marked Delivered but Not Received: Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered shortly before drop-off. Please check secondary entrances, porches, and with neighbors or building leasing offices prior to submitting an inquiry.
- Address Corrections: If you suspect an incomplete delivery address was entered, notify our concierge team immediately with your full order number.
