We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury pet essentials. If you or your royal companion are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

30-Day Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products, perishable items, opened treats or supplements, and gift cards are non-returnable.
